I am loving the weather, and I’m loving being able to go out and have some barbeque in our backyard. I love grilling because I believe it’s healthier since I don’t use any oil for cooking and the fat from the food being grilled just drips away.
A friend warned me though to avoid charring food too much when grilling, something to do with carcinogens not being healthy for our body. She even said that because I want everything “well-done”, I should take a colon cleanser to help my body get rid of the waste and fat buildup. Maybe I’ll just settle for “medium” grilling for the moment.
