I grew up enjoying the company of my siblings and cousins and lived a simple life in our home country. Back then, life was a lot simpler. We were happy with what we had—although life was a bit difficult, we somehow grew up to be happy and fulfilled individuals.

Being a mom, I could not help but appreciate how my parents were able to raise all of us. I guess, the issue about finances is much of a big deal these days than it was before. Raising two kids is challenge enough. I can’t imagine having another baby. I have to admit that the thought comes everytime I see one of those amish cribs, though. They are just adorable! Since my mind is pretty much made up about having just two kids, I could buy a crib for a friend’s baby, or for a new nephew or niece. I am sure it would be a perfect gift!
