On Job Hunt

It’s not me on job hunt but it’s my sister. She’s been on job hunting since forever and because of her age now, she is having difficulty finding a good job. She is will to take whatever job opportunity is offered even sales jobs but there is no luck. We always blame it to economic crisis every time we cannot find a job, but the truth is people don’t have the determination to do so until they reach to the certain age which is not really qualified for any job openings.

The mentality of of some people is, if they look for job then, their application got rejected or been told like we will call they get discourage and perhaps take a break from job hunting. The self inferiority complex has also got to do why some people just give up on the looking for the job they wanted. Loading Problem, Memory Card, Pictures, Stupidity

I even do not know where to begin and how to begin. I am so so F-ing pissed off with my stupidity tonight. I stayed up late because i have to finish some task and giveaway post. I stayed up in this wee hour of the night for nothing.

First, i am having trouble with my server. I can’t view some of the wordpress blogs in the other hosting. I do not what’s the problem with my server again. It could be banned again. I am not so worried since my blog in that hosting is still not doing paid post reviews and it’s my sister’s hosting anyway.

Second, I had tons of great photos taken by my son and pictures of pizza that i am going to post in my giveaway opps as per requirement. I uploaded it just now, and did even bother to check on the pictures if everything was complete. I always checked the uploaded pictures in the folder before i delete them in the memory card. But tonight I am just freakin stupid to just deleted everything. When I checked the pictures I noticed that only the pictures saved in the Internal memory was uploaded. All the almost 200 pictures in the Memory card wasn’t there. And the problem is I deleted them all at once. Grrrrrrrrrr I want to scream agh!!! The videos, pictures and everything was gone. :reallypissed: :reallypissed: :reallypissed: :reallypissed:

Link and Widget in Homepage Only for WP and Blogger

Last month a Direct Advertiser (DA) ordered a text link ads that will stay in homepage only. She was nice enough to include the link for tutorial on how to place the text link that will show up in homepage only as requested.

My blog is in blogger platform and it has a different code to add to the HTML. Go to dashboard > Design > Edit HTML > and tick Expand Widget Templates. Press ctrl f, and look for the HTML where you place the link.

In my case my added html/javascript gadget and it was under the id=’HTML3′

Add a small code below to that b:includable tag.

<b:if cond='data:blog.url == data:blog.homepageUrl'>

Close that b:if tag. Just add this code before the closing tag of b:includable.

</b:if> </b:includable>

If you are using self hosted WordPress platform, Just add this code to the Side bar of your theme editor where you want to place the link that shows up on homepage only.

However, I am using widget in my wordpress blog, and I had trouble finding the widget in the theme editor. So, for wp widget, just download the plug in and upload it to your wordpress blog.
